My Sudden Reading Habit


In the beginning of 11th grade, I saw my friends obsessed with fictional books. I never really got into the habit of reading ever since me and my mom completed the harry potter series, and that was a long time ago. Plus, it was not so much as ‘us’ reading it than my mom reading it and narrating it to me. After that neither my mom nor I could find anything that grabbed our attention. My mom later moved on to reading Tamil books and even writing one about me which I thoroughly enjoyed. No guy could possibly match the standards my mom has set.😁

I, on the other hand, had completely let go of my reading habit. I mean I did try to read more fantasy like cruel prince, twisted tree and some others that I don’t remember. But none of them stuck. I thought it just wasn’t for me. After looking at my friends, I figured that maybe reading wasn’t the problem. The problem was the genre. I wasn’t a kid no more to enjoy fantasy and wasn’t a big fan of romance either. Thriller seemed more like my type. I asked for suggestions and started with ‘The Good Girls Guide To Murder’. Great book to start with. Very faced paced that I completed the big ass book in 2 days. Then I bought ‘The Silent Patient’. Muahh. Soo good!! Then went on to read the modern classics of thriller like ‘Verity’, ‘The Housemaid’ series,’ Not Quite Dead Yet’, ‘The Inheritance Games’ series, 'rock paper scissors' and I’m still reading. As I’m just beginning, I have so many books in the waiting list. So many recommendations that I am so excited about. So unfortunate that I’m in 12th grade now. But I will read whenever I get the time. I will be writing reviews of the books I have read till now. Starting with the craziest- ‘VERITY’ by colleen hover.

  I hv been listening to Arijit's songs since I was a little child. I just didn't know who Arijit was. I left my old apartment on 19th August 2021. Until then, I had a lot of favorite Hindi songs. HOLIDAYS

                                 S omewhat Happy Holidays so, where to begin...... this is my 9th annual holidays. there is a lot of Homeworks given. they sent it through a pdf. you should look at the audacity of theirs to say happy holidays at the end of the pdf. My mom has been suggesting me to write blogs from a really long time. But I did not do it just because she was asking me to. Now that she has stopped advising, I'm starting my blog. 😂. Very low budget home alone

 Once, my parents had gone for shopping, with me alone in the house. I had locked the house and I was talking to my uncle. I wanted to take something from the other room just to show something to them. I cut the call to go get it. As soon as I entered the room, the door closed shut. It was like the wind blew on purpose. Apparently that room lacked a door handle as we were lazy to get it fixed. I had left the phone in the other room. I can't get out of the room. I had locked the main door with the key hanging in the keyhole. Which made it impossible to open it from the other side. And I started crying like craaaaazyyyyy.  Then I began to shout and scream for help. It was a small apartment but apparently my  voice is super low and squeaky. So no one could hear me.
